Swimming v. West Deptford

Sterling Swimming Team fell to West Deptford 93-76. The knights had first place finishes from the following:
  Matt Dieterle-200 IM
  Jack Chicalo-100 Backstroke
200 yard freestyle relay which consisted of Ben Muska, Mike Chicalo, Dan DeRemigi and Matt Dieterle
400 yard freestyle relay which consisted of Dan DeRemigi, Mike Chicalo, Tyler Sheehan and Matt Dieterle

The knights next meet will be Saturday vs Haddofield at 1:15  at Camden County Vo tech

Swimming v. Haddon Heights

Sterling Swimming Team fell in a tight meet to Haddon Heights on Saturday Afternoon 96-74.  The knights swam well and had First Place Finishes from the Following:

Mike Chicalo-200 Freestyle

Dan DeRemigi-500 Freestyle

Tyler Sheehan-100 Breaststroke

400 Freestyle relay which consisted of Dan DeRemigi, Mike Chicalo, Tyler Sheehan and Matt Dieterle.  


The Knight next meet will be this Thursday vs. West Deptford @ 4 pm @ the Sterling-Voorhees Pool.

Colonial Conference Swim meet

Sterling Swimming Team competed in the Colonial Conference Holiday Meet last night at Rowan University.  The meet consisted of all the colonial conference schools.  The swimming knights had a great night of races. Here are some results:

200 Medley Relay took 2nd place-the relay consisted of Dan DeRemigi, Tyler Sheehan, Jack Chicalo and Matt Dieterle.

The 400 Freestyle Relay took 2nd place as well, the relay consisted of Dan DeRemigi, Tyler Sheehan, Mike Chicalo, and Matt Dieterle.

In Individual Races:

Matt Dieterle- 1st Place-100 Freestyle

Dan DeRemigi-1st Place-500 Freestyle

Tyler Sheehan-1st place-100 Breaststroke

Ben Muska-3rd Place-50 Freestyle

Jack Chicalo-3rd Place-100 Butterfly


Great Job to all the swimmers.  The knights next meet will be January 4th vs. Haddon Hts.

Swimming v. Camden Catholic

Sterling Swimming won their first meet of the season last night 99-71 over Camden Catholic. First place finishes:
  Mike Chicalo-100 freestyle
  Dan DeRemigi-500 freestyle
  Tyler Sheehan-100 breaststroke
 200 Medley Relay consisting of Tylee Sheehan, Jared Spitz, Jack Chicalo, and Dan Cronin and the 400 yard freestyle relay consisting of Dan DeRemigi, Mike Chicalo, Tyler Sheehan, and Matt Dieterle.


The Knights will swim next in the colonial conference Holiday Meet at Rowan University on Thursday @ 6:00 pm
